Delete your account
This page lets you request deletion of your Drone Checklist account and all associated data. After you submit this form, we will verify the request from the email address you provide and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, FAA certificate number, default drone)
- All flight logs you created
- All drones in your fleet
- Any companies you own (members will lose access; you may want to transfer ownership first by emailing us)
- Your memberships in companies you joined
- Support tickets you submitted
- Subscription information (active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled with PayPal — cancel separately at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay)
What may be retained
- Brief Firebase audit and backup records that expire on standard retention schedules
- Information we are legally required to keep
Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your account but remove specific data (a flight log, a company you own, etc.), you can do that from inside the app without deleting your account.
